This 11,000 sq ft boutique hotel project on Mount Abu Road was envisioned as a multi-functional hospitality space. The design focuses on maximizing the number of rooms while also creating versatile areas for small-scale events such as haldi ceremonies, mehndi ceremonies, carnivals, and more.

The Space
The boutique hotel accommodates maximum possible guest rooms for efficient use of space, along with multi-purpose event areas suited for intimate celebrations and gatherings. Functional layouts balance guest comfort with operational efficiency.
The Ask
The client, Mr. Abhinav Sisodia, wanted the hotel to serve dual purposes—providing ample rooms for guests and flexible spaces that could host small ceremonies and lively events.
